Time Conflict

This semester school is very easy and hard for me. It is easy because I am taking only one class this semester on Mondays and Wednesday. Also, the class is very interesting. On the other hand, few months ago I change my job from working in a bank as a supervisor to work as a sales representative for a health Insurance company due to more money offered. This job it is very flexible in time but very demanding in production therefore dedication is very valuable. Not to leave out all the community and political activities I participate and that I’m a member of. This is a crucial year in politics because elections are next year (2008). This means all the hard work and negotiations are done now.
My conflict this semester is on how I manage my time efficiency within my three highly demand activities. The best on all is that I need all of them for my future intentions to be part and highly work in a government administration office. I am an independent woman that lives by it self and need a good job to pay all the bills. I want to be a professional, somebody that has finished its educational studies and lead an example to my future generation, my nieces and nephews and younger kids that look out at me as a role model. Politics is in my blood, it is coming from my mother and my father that in my country the Dominican Republic they are big politicians. I like politics and I enjoy doing it but as my sales job it’s very time demanding. The dilemma is that I don’t have that much time to spend doing homework, projects, be with family and boyfriend, getting a good rest, etc.
School is my priority but work is needed and politics is part of me. Please guys help me create another strategy to better manage my time and do very well on all my duties.
